Constitution and By-Laws

ARTICLE ONE
The name of this organization shall be kept secret.


ARTICLE TWO
The place of the meetings and the identity of the membership-call shall be kept confidential. There shall be no minutes.


ARTICLE THREE
Members may be designated only by such devices as 1st most dangerous man, 2nd most dangerous man, etc. but no record shall be kept of degrees of danger or names of above.


ARTICLE FOUR
No financial records shall be kept and all transactions shall be in cash.


ARTICLE FIVE
There shall be no officers.


ARTICLE SIX
There shall be no constitution.


Articles considered, voted on, unanimously approved, but by so approving the articles the membership thereby activated article six which immediately deactivated all articles.
